Spicy Sweet Potato Leaves
Ingredients
10g Dried Prawns, soaked, drained and coarsely chopped
1 bunch (500g) Sweet Potato Leaves
3 Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp Peanut Oil
2 Tbsp Water
Sea salt to taste
Sambal Paste
10 dried Chilles, soaked and drained
3 Shallots
2 Candlenuts
1/2 tsp Roasted Shrimp Paste
Method
Heat the peanut oil in a wok. Saute the sambal paste on a low heat, until fragrant.
