菊花鸡汤 Chrysanthemum Chicken Soup by Wai Sum



Ingredients
Red dates
Wolfberries
Yuk juk
1 honey date
Chicken breast meat
Chrysanthemums

Put in red dates, wolfberries, yuk juk and honey date in a pot of water and bring to boil. Add in chicken breast meat and boil in low fire for 2 hrs. Add in chrysanthemums 15mins before off fire.
