250g salted butter
336g Plan flour
112g icing sugar
1 egg white 35g
1tsb vanilla Essenes
1 1tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon zest
Method
1) bit butter n icing sugar until white
2) add in egg white n vanilla n lemon juice n zest
3) add in shifted flour , can make a dough , press the preteen you like
4) bake in the over 160c at 16 to 20 min
