Ingredients
200 g slice porky (marinate with 1 tsp black soy sauce, oyster sauce each, corn starch each)
200 g mince porky (same as above, marinate for about 15mins)
4 big garlic cloves (smashed)
1 small cinnamon stick
2 small pc star annis (break from a whole)
1 tbsp black soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
250 ml or more water

Method
Oil to fried garlic, cinnamon and star annis till fragrant.
Add in the slice pork and stir fried till cook.
Pour in water and add in sugar, black soy saucer and oyster sauce. Bring to boil.
While it's boiling, spoon mince pork into ball like into the sauce.
At this point, you may add in tau pok and hard boiled eggs.
Simmer it for another 10 - 1 5mins.
