Pandan Leaf Chicken by Agnes Tan



Ingredient
Boneless Chicken Thigh 300g
Pandan Leaves
Seasonings
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Ginger Powder ½ Tbsp
Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
Corn Flour ½ Tbsp
Sugar 3 Tbsp 
 
Method
1) Cut chicken into small pieces, pat dry and Marinate with the seasonings for at least 4hrs
2) Wrap the chicken using pandan leaves and use a toothpick to secure it
3) Preheat air fryer at 200C
4) Steam the wrapped chicken for 15min
5) Take out the chicken and air fried for 5-6min
6) Done! Enjoy!
