Ingredients
28 pcs of large shrimps, deshell/devein leaving tail
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 large red onion, chopped
Seasoning (adjust to taste)3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp Kacap manis
6 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
About 100 ml water
Some Caramel sauce for dark colour
Method
1. Using small fire, fry onions until soft & transparent.
2. Add garlic and salt fry until fragrant.
3. Switch to big fire, add shrimps and fry until outside turns opaque colour.
4. Add seasoning and stir until shrimps are evenly coated and sauce reduced completely.
5. Dish up & serve immediately.
