Steam grill chicken chop by Wendy Ong



2 chicken thighs - boneless n with skin kept on

Marinade:1 tbsp light soy sauce
Pinch of salt
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
Sprinkler some hua diao wine

Method:Wash n rinse the boneless chicken with skin well.
Combine all the ingredients n marinade well in a ziplock bag.
Keep refrigerated over night.
Place outside at room temperature 15mins before grilling.


For the steam grill method, I bought this pan call steam grill pan.
First preheat the pan
Brush Abit of oil on pan
Place the chicken thighs with skin side down
Grill for abt 4mins or u see the skin side turn brown and flip over
Mop up the oil in the steam pocket with kitchen towel paper
Pour some water on the steam pocket n cook for a minute (cover the lid) turn off the fire n let the steam finished the cooking.
