Crab And Strawberry Salad With Lime

Ingredients


Flesh of 2 Avocados, cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
1 English Cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut in 1-inch (2.5cm) cubes
1 1/2 Cups (375 ml) Fresh Strawberries, quartered
3/4 lb (350 g) Snow Crab Meat
Juice of 2 Limes
3 Tbsp (45 ml) Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Method

In a bowl, gently toss all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
