Cheesy chicken by Alice Pang‎


Chicken breast cut into cubes. And season with salt & pepper for 15mins - 30mins. Then add 1/2 beaten egg. Coat with 2 tbsp tapioca flour & 2 tbsp tempura flour ( Kogi). Pour oil in the work and fried the chicken cube. Sauce: 3 tbsp butter , 50 - 60ml evaporated milk , 1 slice cheese , some curry leaves , 2 chilli padi and 1 tsp sugar , abit of salt (optional). Melt the butter put in curry leaves, pour in evaporated milk put in the chilli padiadd in the slice cheese stir till th cheese melt addin the sugar & salt. Pour in the chicken cubes mix well and serve.
