Ingredients
$10 Pork fillet 腰肉1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp sauce
1 tbsp dark black sauce
1 tbsp ABC sweet sauce
1 and 1/2 cup water (cook rice cup)
10 shredded ginger
4 minced garlics
2 sliced onions
Method
Marinate the meat with soya sauce, sesame oil and corn flour and put in fridge for 1 hr.
After tat, stir fry the garlics, onions, gingers and lastly the marinated pork.
After adding the marinated meat, all the seasonings and then water. And stir fry over high fire awhile.
Done. Don't cooked too long.
