Sambal Belacan (Chili With Shrimp Paste)



Ingredients

4 Thai Birds-Eye Chilies, chopped
8 Red Chilies, roughly chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp Roasted Shrimp Paste
2 tsp Sugar
1 Lime, juiced
Sea salt to taste

Method

Blend all the ingredients and adjust seasoning with sea salt or extra lime juice and sugar. A good accompaniment for Sarawak Laksa.
