Deep fried sesame rolls by Rita Ng


Take a piece of the popiah skin.
Put on a flat base and roll till 1 inch left. Start to egg wash and sprinkle the black sesame. Then roll towards the end and egg wash the whole roll .
In this way, the popiah skin will not get soggy!
