Pork fillet with capsicum by Anna Teo



2-3 tbsp AAA soy bean paste, 1 tsp sugar.
200 gm pork fillet, sliced and coat with 1 tsp corn flour
1 small red capsicum
1 small green capsicum
3 clove garlic, chopped
5 tbsp water

1.Sauté garlic till fragrant.
2.Add in pork/ chicken stir for 5 mins add the bean paste.
3. Stir well and add in capsicum, 5 tbsp of water.
4. Sauté for 8 mins or till the texture you prefer for meat and capsicum, add 1 tsp sugar. Stir well and ready to serve.

That's all! I prefer abit of gravy, goes very well with white rice.
