Ingredient ( for 4 servings)
1. Fish fillet( any white fish ) 250 g
2. Lime leaves 2 pcs ( chop finely)
3. Candle nut 3
4. Egg 1
5. Thick fresh coconut milk 100ml
6. Corn flour 2tsp
7. Blue ginger 2cm
8. Turmeric 2 cm
9. Chili powder 2tsp
10. Salt and sugar to taste
11. Banana leaves 10 pcs ( 4 inches x 6 inches)


Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into food processor except fish, egg and coconut milk.
  2. Chop the fish fillet into paste, make sure no bone. ( unless ur hubby is nasty, you want to choke him) 
  3. Put the chili mixture into a bowl, crack the egg and mix together with coconut milk.
  4. Scoop the paste into centre of the banana leave and use staples or toothpicks to secure it. 
  5. Heat the pan, and grill it!
